Iodine wound spray is a topical medicine with excellent
effective features in case of animal treatment. This is a non-stinging liquid
prepared by mixing 2.5% w/v raw iodine with alcohol base. The alcoholic base

be used in treating burns, body cavities and deep wounds. If the swellings or

Daily spraying in a light manner can be continued until
the wound is healed. The spray is not to be used near eyes, any place with
mucous membrane or on abrated skin surface. If teats or udders of an animal is
treated with Iodine wound spray then the animal’s teats and udders must be
thoroughly cleaned and washed before the next milking in order to avoid
contamination.
Iodine wound spray
must be stored in a cool place and capped tightly when it is not being used.
